Role Overview: As a Technical Customer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' success with Siemens EDA products. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers evaluate, purchase, and deploy products aimed at the small- and medium-sized business market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Siemens PCB design tools.
• Customer Success Management: Monitor multiple databases, consoles, and spreadsheets to track customer activity from marketing interaction through sales and deployment. Summarize and report customer activity for management.
• Customer Guidance: Guide prospects through the evaluation and purchasing process, offering expert assistance with the digital storefront, PCB design tool usage, and troubleshooting.
• Development of Evaluation Materials: Develop and provide high-quality demonstration and evaluation materials for PCB design products targeted at the Small & Medium Business (SMB) market.
• Best Practice Kits: Create "best practice" startup kits with standard tool configurations, templates, and guidelines to facilitate quick and effective tool adoption by customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers, ensuring seamless communication and integration of efforts across different regions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or marketing.
• Sales Experience: Successful experience selling a technical product, either software or electronics hardware, is required. Experience in Customer Success Management is a plus.
• Office tools and software competency: Above average competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with data analytics dashboards.
• Technical Skills (not required but preferred)
• Hands-on experience with PCB schematic and board layout tools.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, provide exceptional support, and build strong relationships with clients.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and integrate feedback effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $87,600 to $157,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
