Role & Responsibility:
This position performs complex financial analyses on month endclosings, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flows, operating results, andbusiness plans with minimal supervision to enable accurate information formanagement to make business decisions.

Internal: Accounting Hub (Poland), GBS Acc (Portugal), HR, RCNetherlands;
External: Auditor, Pension insurer, Salary provider, Insurancecompany / broker, CBS Statistics, tax authorities, vendors.

Requirements:
- Strong professional experience in Accounting/Controlling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- High affinity to work with tools and applications (SAP, Excel, ppt) and continuous process improvements
- Critical thinker with analytical skills and excellent attention to quality and detail
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proven background in controlling, reporting and planning
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills, ability to get along with various organizational levels and drive new initiatives
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- English: fluent
- Dutch: preferred for incoming letters from Pension, Government, Tax, Statistics
