Position Overview:
We are looking for a Cloud Technical Consultant role. Person would be responsible for development of specific cloud platforms, participating in automations, maintenance, cloud migrations and routine cloud deployment activities.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience, supporting a customer Production instance
- Strong hands-on AWS setup and administrations skills are mandatory (EC2, VPC, Load balancers, VPN, RDS, S3, Lambda knowledge is must)
- Linux / Windows system administration knowledge is must. RHCE certified recommended.
- Active directory/LDAP & SSO administration.
- Understanding of Cloud VPN knowledge is must
- Automation tools knowledge like Terraform, Ansible preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Process oriented and active team player.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a systematic way.
- Learning attitude - willing to learn new things.
- Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge
- AWS Cloud Certifications.

Good to Have Skills:
- Ability to automate tasks
- Scripting knowledge would be useful
- DBA knowledge on Oracle/MS SQL
- Azure Cloud Certifications
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solve L2 tickets on the application
- Perform root cause analysis and arrive at the right solution
- Analyze & apply vulnerability patches on Test, UAT and Production Server
- Provide workarounds to issues & document root cause analysis of issues
- Reach out to & coordinate with AWS for Issues support and raise corresponding tickets
- Develop Knowledge Management database for solved issues
- Mentor junior team members & help them troubleshoot issues
- May have to work on weekends and holidays, as we are supporting 24x7 customers
