Channel Partner Sales Executive - MOM/MES software

Responsibilities:

Candidate will carry a quotaand/or revenue target and will be held accountable for all aspects of thebusiness relationship with Siemens DISW Channel Partner reps in a definedgeography and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) portfolio. Ultimately, this critical contribution willenable the North American Channel to contribute to the success of the America'sZone and greater success of Siemens.

These responsibilities willinclude (but are not limited to):

  • Territory and account planning and executionwith the Channel sales reps and Siemens Partner Sales Executive colleagues
  • Create and adhere to quarterly business planswith the Partner sales reps and Channel Management
  • Ensure plan accountability with frequentinteraction and reviews
  • Use objective monitoring tools includingSalesforce and Tableau to measure progress and identify potential problemsbefore they occur
  • Coordinate with colleagues, as necessary, to expand the ManufacturingOperations Management (MOM) portfolio at strategic accounts
  • Assist partner recruitment team in identifyingand on-boarding partners focused on the Manufacturing Operations Management(MOM)
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate the SiemensDISW message
  • Coach and mentor Partner Sales reps on theintricacies and details of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) portfolioand secure the appropriate resources for the Partner
  • Indirect revenue management and co-selling forthe assigned geography and portfolio
  • Work towards 100% contribution and executionfrom each Partner Sales Rep
  • Support increasing Partner sales productivity byleveraging all channel efforts to include field marketing, product launches,and product promotions
  • Ensure Partner Sales Reps adhere to SIEMENS DISWChannel policies including employing and consistently taking advantage ofproductivity tools such as Sales Force deal tracking and Saba for training
  • Must demonstrate an ability to excel within across-functional team environment
  • Responsible for upholding Siemens integrity/bestinterests

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling HighTech products of some type required. SaaS and/or manufacturing sales is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Channel Sales and indirect reseller business model is required
  • Strategic planning experience, proactivebusiness skills, financial management skills, and strong collaborative skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication andlistening skills
  • Ability to present information, analyses, andrecommendations to various levels including executive management
  • Account selling and management skills withproject management experience is required, to "C-level" principals in theSmall and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market
  • Superior organizational and time managementskills
  • Energy, curiosity, spirit, and a winningattitude
  • Ability to multitask managing multiple projectsand campaigns
  • Experience dealing with cross functional teams
  • Proven negotiation experience and skills willdifferentiate

SiemensSoftware. Transform the Everyday

The totalcash compensation range for this position is $101,700 to $203,400 with 40% of thisbeing comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offeredis based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
