Our Solution (Digital Manufacturing) helps to plan, simulate, operate and sustain complex manufacturing systems that produce innovative products. It helps our customers develop the most comprehensive Digital Twin, including the Mfg. Processes (Parts, Assembly), the Production Plant, Operations (MOM, Scheduling, Quality), Logistics, and Service.

Key responsibilities
- Be the Italy business lead to for Digital Manufacturing (DM)
- As part of a Country Software Sales organization, support the development of Digital Manufacturing (DM) allocated portfolio domains through the identification of a clear target market and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive pipeline and revenue of the DM portfolio (Manufacturing Operation Management, Manufacturing Execution Management, Manufacturing Planning, Quality Management, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Intra Plant Logistic, PCB Process Planning) through definition and execution of target markets and go-to-market strategy, using campaigns and initiatives to maximize success and meet the annual business plan
- Identify and track relevant industry trends and produce growth forecasts
- Analyze competitor offerings and coverage to establish clear competitive differentiation for the portfolio within different markets.
- Identify key opportunities for the Country, defining the industry, geography and target accounts
- Work with Sales Account Managers and Partners to build strategic plans for identified customers and opportunities in the target market to deliver the go to market strategy
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing software sales, business development or pre-sales organization. You'll ideally come with a strong understanding on Digital Manufacturing related initiatives and market.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a customer-facing sales, communication with C-level
- Experience with Digital Manufacturing Portfolio
- Ability to understand, articulate, position and present the value of solutions in the context of an Industry, and client business.
- Knowledgeable of the competitive landscape
- Proficient in English and Italian
- Proactive and upbeat with a high degree of self-motivation to develop & grow this Portfolio
- Industry knowledge of Production Engineering, Automation for Discrete and Process application is a must. Automotive & Transportation, Aerospace & Defence, Machinery, Electronic & Semiconductor, Consumer Product & Retail, Medical technology would be a nice to have but not a must
