Your Mission
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Analyst Apprentice, you will support the Marketing Communication team by handling social media management while also gaining valuable experience in data analysis and reporting. This dual-focus role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in both digital marketing and business analysis, contributing to the optimization of marketing strategies and overall business performance.
Your primary missions will be to:
- Proactively run and monitor the day-to-day social media presence (LinkedIn, Amplify).
- Create and lead paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ad, Google Ad, DOOH, etc.).
- Monitor reports (Power BI scorecards, Sprinklr Dashboards).
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders (PowerPoint presentation).
- Collaborate within the Marketing team to identify relevant important metrics for each project and translate them into useful metrics. (Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops).
Depending on your skills development and the team's projects, your missions may evolve during your apprenticeship.
This 24-month apprenticeship position is based in Lyon (69) and is available from September 2025.
Keys to success:
- Enrolled in a college or university pursuing a master's degree in marketing/communication and/or Business Management and business administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), and a strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g.: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprinklr).
- Proficiency and understanding of statistical and analytical tools (for example: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 apps.
- You are open-minded and your relational skills allow you to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
- You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
