Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our APAC Marketing team as APAC Partner Marketing Enablement Manager. This role is open for experienced candidates based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Essential Functions:

Joint Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with key value partners to develop and execute joint marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Campaign Management: Partner with marketers to drive effective marketing campaigns through inbound/outbound marketing, content creation, and demand generation efforts.

B2B Marketing Enablement: Equip partner marketers with advanced B2B marketing methodologies and ensure their successful adoption.

Go-to-Market Alignment: Facilitate alignment between channel partners and DISW field marketing teams to drive go-to-market strategies tailored by industry.

Partner Coaching: Provide guidance to partners in developing comprehensive, qualified annual marketing plans.

Marketing Execution Oversight: Supervise partner-led marketing execution and gather customer feedback to refine marketing efforts.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the outcomes of partner marketing executions, offering recommendations for improvement.

Sales Support: Assist sales teams in tracking the development of demand routed to partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals.

Program Development: Define partner program goals and lead their implementation, including process development, documentation, and communication strategies for rollout.

Partner Reviews: Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and Siemens partner managers, providing feedback on marketing planning and execution.

Co-Marketing Execution: Collaborate with partners that have established Industry Competencies to implement co-marketing strategies and programs aimed at increasing market share.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategy and tactical partner enablement and execution.

Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for both verbal and written communication; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business dynamics, with the ability to engage in meaningful business discussions with channel partners.

Consultative Role: Act as a marketing consultant to the channel management team and channel partners, advising on marketing plans and strategies.

Customer Insights: Collect and integrate customer feedback through partner execution to improve marketing efforts.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think logically and structure problem-solving processes to make efficient decisions.

Track Record: Proven success in enhancing engagement across partner programs while delivering operational excellence.

Multi-Tasking: Capable of executing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Strong communicator, able to provide nuanced feedback to both internal teams and partner stakeholders.

Data Literacy: Highly proficient in data collection and analysis, using diverse methods to interpret marketing and business insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working cross-functionally, engaging effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

B2B Expertise: In-depth marketing and sales knowledge, with a proven background in B2B software marketing. Ability to think outside the box and explore alternatives.

Sales Cycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to help Partner Marketing teams improve demand generation, pipeline contribution, and sales acceleration.

Demand Generation: Expertise in managing demand generation performance and revenue waterfalls in a B2B environment.

Project Management: Proficient in using project management tools to ensure timely project completion.

Inbound Marketing: Extensive experience in inbound content marketing strategy and execution.

Personal Attributes: Motivated, inquisitive, persistent, and adaptable to changing market and organizational needs.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, design plans, and execute projects independently with minimal direction.

Collaborative Mindset: Highly collaborative and focused on delivering business and customer impact.
