Your mission
Within the "Global Sales & Services" organization in France, you will be part of the Business Development team, specialized in developing new business opportunities.

Commercial prospecting to set appointments is essential for business success.
You will collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams, which, based on strategic campaigns, identifies industrial targets, providing you with specific companies to contact and the associated context. Your goal is to identify the right person within the organization to promote and share the value message related to this strategic campaign. You will gather information on targeted companies and their organization to deploy the right commercial prospecting approach. Through phone calls, communicate with relevant individuals, and thanks to your tenacity and relationship skills, you will secure client appointments so that team members can take over and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will schedule these discussions, ensure follow-up, and update them in the CRM environment (Salesforce).
This permanent position is based in our Châtillon (92) site and is available as soon as possible.

Dynamic and tenacious, you have proven experience in a similar role, combining business development and prospecting, ideally in the digitalization sector and software solutions sales.
Your outstanding interpersonal skills and strong preference for phone-based business development help you achieve your goals and actively contribute to the success of the team's strategy.
Your level of English allows you to easily integrate into an international environment.
Your organizational rigor will ensure efficiency in the follow-up and traceability of actions in Salesforce, enabling you to update data, ensure the safeguarding of the information you gather, and have automated activity measurement.
