Shopkick is in search of a B2B Marketing Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will serve as a foundational member of our B2B Marketing Team. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the creation, implementation and organization of sales enablement activities, including integrated marketing campaigns, competitive research, case studies and account- based marketing tactics to drive leads down the sales funnel and support our revenue objectives. Your efforts will contribute to positioning Shopkick as a leading omni-channel solution in the market that enables brands to reach millions of highly engaged shoppers throughout the purchase journey. You are a resourceful, self-starter who understands how to take an idea from start to completion, or find a way to do so.

The role is full time remote, based in the US, preferably Denver, CO.

- Help lead the development of "middle of the funnel" marketing activities (user surveys, blogs, landing pages, forms, chatbot conversations, etc.)
- Support the production and distribution of creative and impactful thought leadership relevant to the shopper marketing industry, including webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, light research reports, etc. for the CPG and retail industries
- Manage, develop and disseminate engaging case studies for print and digital use
- Leverage marketing automation and lead nurturing to create, streamline and measure marketing activities and workflows
- Develop and manage lead scoring tool and adjust campaigns according to results
- Support re-targeting tactics and ABM campaigns for personalized communications
- Manage competitive intel research, creating documents aligned to sales needs
- Measure, analyze and report on all marketing activities (email campaigns, lead scoring, forms)
- 5 years of marketing experience (preferably B2B) in CPG, grocery, retail or convenience stores industry
- Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns
- Results-driven with the ability to analyze performance and communicate adjustments needed
- Strong writing skills (APA)
- Resourceful with creative problem-solving skills
- Team oriented, but with the ability to work as an individual contributor
- Ability to multi-task and responsive to rush requests and changing deadlines
- Willingness to fail - but fail fast - and learn from mistakes
- CRM application experience (preferably Salesforce, Hubspot, Drift, Wordpress)
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Monday.com
