Insights Analyst, Integrated Marketing

The Revenue Operations team at ServiceTitan is growing! We’re a spirited bunch who know how to kick it into gear and integral in moving the business forward. The will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, obsessed with being detail-oriented, and loves data. This role is directly responsible for the success of multiple teams and overall growth at ServiceTitan, therefore, will have ownership and involvement in projects with multiple stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive and be the ultimate team player paired with great communication and listening skills.

As our Insights Analyst, Integrated Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and implement dashboard reporting infrastructure to help support the integrated marketing team in driving efficiency and revenue growth
  • Monitor dashboards daily and communicate actionable insights to leaders for short- and long-term execution of targeted goals
  • Conduct routine data governance compliance and exception reporting to current systems and workflows alongside Systems and Operations team members
  • Work with cross-functional teams including [respective business partners]
  • Work closely with business partners on Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review materials, in a timely manner
  • Build Forms and flows in Marketo to help new campaigns run smoothly
  • Build email nurtures and email lists in Marketo to target appropriate audiences 

To be successful, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in similar role, required
  • 2+ years of advanced Excel usage including modeling required
  • 1+ years of Salesforce.com usage and reporting experience, required
  • 1+ years of experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in Tableau strongly preferred
