• Develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide insights and track progress on key strategic initiatives

• Analyze critical business process data, and trends leveraging data from dashboards and other internal data sources to analyze process data and generate reports and insights on findings

• Create, deliver and analyze key metrics using dashboards

• Learn and become and SME using our internal analytics tool (Performance Analytics)

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university, working on a Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or analytical field and graduating December 2025 or later.

• Ability to work in fast paced, high capacity work environment

• Ability to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority

• Ability to proceed independently and carry out assignments to completion with minimal instruction

• Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data to make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately

• Ability to create documents requiring accuracy and confidential handling

• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records and files

• You're a data geek with an eye for details, Excel/ SQL expert, ServiceNow PA experience preferred but not required

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $0 - $0, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
