Job Purpose:

The Procurement Manager will oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management across multiple properties within their assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring cost-efficient procurement processes that align with company standards, while supporting inventory control systems and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for multiple countries and properties.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms.
  • Oversee the complete purchasing process, from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to support demand forecasting and budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulations.
  • Implement and support inventory control systems to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Participate in internal audits related to procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, improving procurement efficiency across the properties.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally within the hospitality industry and in multi-property environments.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management processes and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage several countries and properties.
