Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Attendant to work within our Charleston, WV warehouse.

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for managing inventory, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate counts for our warehouses that may hold as much as $40 million in inventory. They will distribute materials to technicians and contractors, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure materials are prepared for pickup. Additionally, they will utilize the WFM system to complete orders and notify the field of gear availability. The Warehouse Attendant will adhere to safety protocols, participate in training opportunities, and control costs through efficient work practices. The Warehouse attendant will participate in the company's safety program by adhering to established safety practices and actively engaging in training opportunities related to new equipment, procedures, and installation/repair processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior warehouse experience
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of telecommunication gear
  • Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office with demonstrated proficiency using Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with physical inventory and cycle counts.
  • Possess good employee and customer relations skills.
  • Capable of using extension ladders and/or step ladders.
  • Ability to lift up to 75ibs
  • Must meet PPE requirements when applicable.
