Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor, Executive Support and Administrative Services.
Role Overview:
Serves as the primary support to the Executive leadership team. Coordinating with the executive team to ensure proper communication, schedule coordination and effective efficient processes, as well as assisting the executives with special projects and analysis as requested. This is a high-visibility position marked by interaction with a broad range of internal and external, high-level professionals, including various Segra employees and executives.

This is a player-coach position in which this team will lead a team of Office Coordinators in addition to serving as the primary support to the Executive leadership team. The Office Coordinators may provide supplemental support to the Executive leadership team as directed by the Supervisor, Executive Support & Administrative Services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree/Assoc. Bachelors or relevant qualifications such as Certified Administrative Professional® (CAP®), Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence® (PACE®), Certified Executive Administrative Professional® (CEAP®), or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) designation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years' experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting fast-paced senior level executive(s)
- Key Competencies:
- Must enjoy the administrative challenges of working with a diverse range of people and projects.
- Strong communication skills, including an ability to openly discuss and balance workload, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly resourceful player-coach with the ability to also be extremely effective working with remote team members.
- Demonstrated ability to perform calmly under pressure.
- Exceptional ethical standards, humility, empathy, sense of humor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Handle sensitive business and people issues with tact and diplomacy and keep them confidential.
- Technologically savvy with the ability/desire to learn new tools and improve efficiencies to keep the office running smoothly.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required and the ability to learn software tools to support the business.
