Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Order Coordinator.

Role Overview:

The Order Coordinator will audit sales orders to ensure all data is clean and accurate prior to post sales engagement. This position will also create order and project workflows where necessary. They will research and support order changes due to pre-installation change orders, post installation disputes and error resolutions, rate changes, etc. The Order Coordinator will create internal project workflows for Type II orders, network changes, Employee LTE orders and other internal projects. The Order Coordinator will also provide guidance on processes and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience desired.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired. MS Office knowledge.
  • Key Competencies: Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions. Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently.
