Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Office Coordinator.

Role Overview:

This position coordinates and oversees administrative duties to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities include answering the main phone line, managing office supplies, ordering snacks, sorting mail, working on special projects and events, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and booking travel. Additionally, this position will provide support to the executive team in addition to cross-functional support within the department.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma with related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.


  • Experience: 3 years of experience in administrative/office management experience.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft office-based programs.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Must be a self-starter and driven.
    • Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.
    • Friendly, service-oriented personality.
    • High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with the ability to manage confidential information.
    • Excellent independent judgement and analytical skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    • Ability to learn new programs and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
