Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Managed Services Coordinator I.
Role Overview:
The Managed Services Coordinator will support and collaborate with customers and internal departments on Managed Services operating procedures and standardizations. This includes and is not limited to customer and internal meetings, account set-up, data entry in portals, reviewing customer billing, identifying telephone numbers and pulling CSR (customer service records), placing orders for porting telephone numbers, and providing support after activation of service.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have some knowledge or a background in Telecommunications.
- Must have prior experience doing customer support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Knowledge of VoIP and SIP services. Telephony concepts IVR, ToD, DID, ACD and call management functions. Telcom number porting (LNP).
- Key Competencies: Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and customers. Requires multi-taking, handle interruptions and rearrange priorities with little notice. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with MS applications. Quick learner, self-motivated, and ability to take initiative.
