Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced IT Sr. Project Manager.
Role Overview:
The IT Program Manager is responsible to provide qualitative and quantitative recommendations to the CIO/CISO toward selecting and conducting IT initiatives to achieve business goals. He/She is also required to prioritize and manage a portfolio of IT projects to achieve on time and on budget deliveries as well as measuring and documenting projects' statuses, risk factors, and business impacts. The IT Program Manager acts as liaison between business users, technicians, and leadership teams in delivering projects while developing and optimizing standard operating procedures around organizational project delivery.

Qualifications
- Education:
Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's Degree (BA) or six to eight years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
- Experience:
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to commons inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Ability - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportion to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills - Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Outlook, MS Project, API's, SQL, scripting, Database Software
Additional Skills and Proficiencies -
- At least two years of experience in IT project management related to the entire project lifecycle (kickoff through lessons learned) for projects related to IT Networking, Security, Applications/Systems integration, Managed Services, SaaS migration and Outsourcing.
- Business intelligence skills and the ability to mine for fiscal data and make financial / operational recommendations
- Broad knowledge of business applications, network and collaboration technologies, and security best practices.
- Experience in leading projects related to transferring mission critical functions to 'production' SaaS applications
