Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator.
Role Overview:
The Fleet Coordinator role encompasses the management and oversight of a company's vehicle fleet in partnership with Cox Automotive and in collaboration with Safety. This position is integral to ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all transportation activities. By coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring vehicle usage, and implementing policies that promote responsible vehicle operation, the Fleet Coordinator supports the seamless execution of daily operations.

Additionally, this role involves liaising with various departments to address logistical challenges, optimize fleet availability, and contribute to the overall sustainability and environmental goals of the organization. Through strategic planning and effective communication, the Fleet Coordinator helps to maintain the reliability and readiness of the fleet to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years working in fleet administration.
- Familiar with third party fleet management systems, such as Fleet Response.
- Familiar with GeoTab or other vehicle GPS systems is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
