Outside Sales Executive

(Commercial Account Acquisitions/Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, NY)

We're seeking an Outside Sales Executive responsible for generating new business by meeting with clients and prospects in person. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to leverage long-cycle sales strategies, tap into your local territory, and utilize key resources to secure new opportunities.

Outside Sales:

  • Sell guarding services and integrated solutions within your dedicated territory
  • Work both in-office at the Securitas branch and in the field, meeting clients face-to-face


Long-Cycle Approach:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business-to-business relationships
  • Consistently follow up on new leads and long-standing opportunities


Local Territory Focus:

  • Commute to our New York branch and throughout Westchester County, including the Bronx, Queens, and Yonkers
  • Participate in networking activities to support business development


Resource Utilization:

  • Leverage provided and self-generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions
  • Apply strong time management, communication, presentation, and customer service skills


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 4+ years of recent "hunter" sales experience
  • A well-established network of business relationships


Education:

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Relevant memberships, affiliations, and/or certifications are a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

Earnings: $85,000 base salary plus a robust commission program

Vehicle Allowance: $840 monthly

Time Off: 10 vacation days, 6 sick days, 4 floating holidays, plus additional company holidays
