THE ROLE: Workforce Optimization Senior Lead
Duties and Responsibilities
• Actively participate as a member of the Global Hub Senior Leadership team as we progress in our journey to be a world class business services hub. Model & Cascade SE IMPACT Values and a High-Performance Culture throughout the team providing leadership, coaching, support, career development and recognition to managers and their teams
• Spearhead Workforce Management to ensure seamless alignment and execution of resource strategies for operations across the Global Hub with team members in four Countries performing a wide variety of Services

• Develop and Globalize innovative workforce management frameworks that enhance productivity, drive performance, maximize value and optimized resource utilization. Deploy as a best practice and service offer to other Hubs around Schneider Electric.
• Oversee day to day workforce operations and implement scheduling strategies and initiatives to enable the business to achieve its objectives
• Manage long-term forecast / staff plan and lead monthly staff plan / budget meeting
• Build and deploy a strategy for Fluid Workforce to sustain performance, efficiency and occupancy during workforce variations or planned/unplanned events impacting availability.
• Partner with Training & Quality to build and implement a strategy to leverage WFM and Fluid Resources to support Performance and Business Continuity.
• Align with Talent Acquisition to grow and Lead Future Ready Fluid Workforce Teams to maximize performance, engagement and retention
• Engage Global Digital Team to ensure Best In Class technologies are available to support WFM.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Proven success in managing/administrating complex processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze data to make sound decisions.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of local and global health and safety regulations.
• Strong appreciation for confidentiality and data protection
• Must be amenable to work in Cavite, hybrid work set-up.
