Job Title: Warehouse Admin

Department: Warehouse

Reporting too: Warehouse Team Leader and Manager

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Printing Orders for all production lines within factory. This includes production orders, creating zreq for materials and train parts, and fixing any issue that may occur such as materials getting stuck in system meaning paperwork isn't printed.
  • Answering Emails
  • Preparing list for offsite warehouses, need to be completed and emailed before 12:30pm
  • Printing and sorting kits for genie production line.
  • Chasing urgent materials for production lines
  • Attending meetings to do with production line/ any others you may be involved in
  • Delivering urgent materials to production line
