Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team responsible for the continuous supply of materials to production or assembly areas, ensuring steady and uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee the kitting of materials on the production line, ensuring that all required parts are readily available to maintain a smooth production flow.
  • Lead team in picking parts from Kanban or storage areas, maintaining accurate quantities, and ensuring the availability of correct parts to support production and assembly needs.
  • Supervise the stocking of Water Spider and the operation of forklift trucks or hand trucks for efficient delivery and picking of parts and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspect parts for damages or defects, and promote a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA requirements.

Who will you report to?

Supply Chain Manager - Supply Chain Planning
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of material supply processes, inventory management, and experience in leading cycle counts and inventory control activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, optimize material flow, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Commitment to promoting workplace safety, environmental practices, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Experience in operating forklift trucks, hand trucks, and familiarity with warehouse equipment maintenance best practices.
