For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $51,200 - $76,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position will be responsible for key support activities for US Field Services related to test equipment and supplies for Field Services Representatives/Technicians across the US.

Position Location and Details

The Field Services Support Center Coordinator position reports to the FSR Support Services Manager and is located on-site in West Chester, OH. It is eligible for overtime pay.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Maintain warehouse in a well-organized manner consistent with 5S
  • Process and fulfill new hire and ad hoc equipment requests
    • Packing
    • Shipping
    • Recordkeeping
  • Receive equipment and process goods receipts against PO's
  • Maintain receiving documents in electronic files
  • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Add and Maintain equipment records with all required details
  • Maintain shipping records
  • Create purchase orders for equipment, supplies, and services as needed
  • Process, sort, inspect returned equipment and supplies
    • Sort and check in equipment
    • Return supplies to inventory for reuse
  • Oversee equipment calibration and assignment programs
  • Oversee equipment repair processes
  • Oversee equipment calibration processes
  • Oversee loaner equipment program: schedule, ship, and ensure return
  • Update systems and databases and ensure equipment is tracked and assigned correctly
  • Execute project work related to test equipment standardization
  • Use TEAMS and SharePoint to share information in a decentralized community
  • Collaborate with Field Service Execution leadership to understand barriers and drive improvement.
  • Support the Field Services Support Manager in delivery of support services to all US Field Services FSR's
  • Support process improvement with a focus on digital solutions
  • Occasionally assist with the pickup and delivery of vehicles

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5+ years of work experience in a Service/Warehouse /Logistics/Plant environment
  • Strong organization and attention to details
  • Experience with Microsoft Office platforms, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
  • Strong data management skills with experience using data management tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to comfortably interact with customers and employees representing various levels of the Services organization.
  • Team player, who listens well and considers their actions before initiating them.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs
  • Understanding of Safety and Ergonomic practices
  • Able to certify to drive a sit down and standup fork truck
  • Understanding of 5S and ability to maintain an area compliant with 5S
  • Customer Focus
