Overview
As a Virtual Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving Services revenue from an assigned portfolio of Accounts, including Existing Customers and Service Partners. This role involves deploying sales activities remotely and nurturing relationships to maximize new business revenue from the installed base.
What will you do?
- Account Management: Develop customer account plans, maintain relationships, and maximize business growth.
- Sales Actions: Deploy sales strategies, educate customers on service offers, and secure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Present services value propositions through digital platforms and webinars and engage with customers on social media (LinkedIn).
- Order Management: Quote, close deals, and report on order intake and monthly forecasts.
- Sales Meetings: Lead sales cadence meetings with service partners to develop strategies and exceed sales quotas.
- Opportunity Pipeline: Analyze and qualify opportunities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and document customer history.
- Inbound/Outbound Sales: Handle inbound calls/emails, meet daily outbound sales goals, and develop cross-selling opportunities.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience: beginner to 4 years in virtual or outside sales.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.
- Soft Skills: Sales-oriented, results-driven, organized, resilient, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to prioritize tasks and build customer relationships.
What's in it for me?
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $67,200 - $100,800 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
