q Identify key client pain points & needs, build best tailor made and outcome based service to address those needs

q Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering & Quotation Manager

q Develop a healthy & accurate sales pipeline by converting warm leads into well-qualified opportunities

q Collaborate with V1 in prospects identification and contacts

q Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events

q Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources

q Digital Services Sales (Global), KAMs / V1, Services Sales, Digital Energy/Power Sales, Marketing, Service Architect (local), Application Engineer (local), CSM (local + global)

q Developing compelling sales stories specific to and driven from specific customer need and data

q Manage the end to end opportunity process

q Ensure successful handovers with execution team and CSM

q Value proposition development and refinement by segment and customer type

External

q Country Target Accounts, Multi Country Target Accounts and Strategic Accounts

q C-Level / Country Managers, Operations Directors, Facility Directors, Asset Management Teams, Reliability Managers, Maintenance Directors, Engineering Directors

q Consultative sales meetings (preparation + opportunity development) driven around customer needs, customer KPIs and customer strategy

q Development and presentations of customer specific value proposition, ROI etc

q Develop consultative partnership and influence accounts' digital and services strategy

Education and Skills

q Bachelor's degree preferred

q Proven experience of outside sales experience, selling SaaS, enterprise software or EM solutions to senior executives & technical buyers

q Awareness of industry leading IoT platforms such as: AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, IBM Watson etc.

q Strong knowledge of full EcoStruxture portfolio and value proposition with strong knowledge of Digital Offers & full services portfolio

q Comfortable in a variety of roles, ranging from "consultative sales professional" to "social seller"
