For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $89,600 - $134,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Description
The US Services, Strategic Accounts Organization (SAO) is a high performing team of professional sellers (Account Executives and Virtual Sales) and execution focused professionals (program and project managers) who serve the largest and most complex customer accounts in Schneider Electric. They provide Services Solutions across all Schneider Electric business units and prioritize helping their customers achieve the desired outcomes through a white-glove experience.
The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for working with their Segment Fighting Team members (Services Strategic Account Executive and Customer Success Manager) to drive order growth in their segment and accounts, by providing their customers with outcome focused Services Solutions. They will work across Schneider Electric business units to provide the whole portfolio of Services products to our largest and most complex customers.
We desire to meet customers where they want to be met. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dedicated team aligned in their focus and goals. As well as conveying value and closing opportunities both through telephone / teleconference and in person. They will have a robust understanding of the process to get customer orders pushed through to execution. As well as a distinct focus on and desire to improve and innovate on current processes to product better outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team's segment.
- Assist in the development of segment and account growth strategies.
- Have robust and current knowledge on Services offerings across all business units.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting.
- Lead back-office processes for accounts including: quotations, order entry, etc.
- Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams, Services competency domains and Schneider Electric business unit.
- Build empathy for customers and their needs so you can advocate for them internally.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred majors: engineering, business, communication)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience
- Understanding of Service sales and/or execution processes.
- Strong communication skills
- Focus on learning, growth and improvement
- Mindset for innovation and transformation
- Willing to travel ~20%
