At Schneider Electric, we are currently looking for a Virtual Sales Representative, working with our Electrician customers. In this role you will focus on developing our business with a set of Electrician customers through discovering their needs and matching our offers to those needs.

What You'll be doing:
  • Build relationships with assigned customers via virtual tools (phone calls, Teams meetings, email etc.) to understand their needs and thereby increase our share of wallet and business with those customers. You will cover about 100 accounts actively and 400 accounts passively, by being their single point of contact at Schneider Electric.
  • Collaborate with distributors to give comprehensive offers and ensure an end-to-end experience for the customers.
  • Present new offers and promote campaigns to the customers in scope.
  • Work with the rest of the sales team (KAMs and Territory Sales Managers) to ensure good coverage and visibility of the Schneider Electric portfolio in the Electrician market.
  • Define and execute the channel strategy for given accounts.
  • Mapping and using customer journey mapping as an important tool in defining sales initiatives.
  • Deliver performance in line with channels targets.

What Will Help You Succeed:
  • We welcome applicants at any level in their careers. What is important is to have a flair for human relations, interest in technology (previous knowledge is not mandatory), an "all-is-possible" attitude and positiveness.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with focus on business, marketing, eCommerce, technology and IT. Other relevant fields will be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Danish and English are necessary.
  • Proven experience with building relationships from other jobs or activities.
  • A solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of digital technologies.
  • Exceptional relationship skills, and strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
