Where is the Position?

The position is located in Hoofddorp, next to Amsterdam, Netherlands, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

As a Rebates Transformation PMO Analyst, your will have a key role in our Rebates transformation program - Global program with 40+ countries involved.

As such, you will 2 main responsibilities:

  1. Be a part of the PMO team (Program Management Office) to coordinate the overall program delivery (capabilities design, deployment [which you will be supporting], value realization / KPIs
  2. Support the Rebates transformation deployment teams to implement the transformation in the target countries

  • Monitor the program plan and roadmap progression;
  • Supports the project team to secure delivery tracking, the preparation of deliverables, set due dates, and follows up with Stream Leads;
  • Coordinate dependencies with other projects;
  • Support the program governance and report consolidated project status (progress, risk, issues, decisions);
  • Prepares relevant materials and documents for Program Steering Committees and / or weekly / program status meetings;
  • Coordinate activities with all leaders (Finance, Data, Marketing, Digital & Change management leader);

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Business or Engineering

Work experience: Preferably 2+ years as Project Analyst/Manager or Consulting (internship or apprenticeship)

Skills:
  • Microsoft Office (above average skills) esp.
  • Highly proficient on PowerPoint and presentation ability
  • Highly proficient in excel
  • Tableau / BI is a plus

Requested languages : English full professional capacity

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Flexibility and Ability to change focus and adapt to evolving environment
  • Ability to motivate, influence, enable and facilitate business research and problem solving
  • Adept in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams
  • Articulate and persuasive in both oral and written communication
