VIE - Junior Project Manager New Offer Launches - Lund

Which missions will you lead?

In its continuous search of business growth, the commercial team is looking to reinforce its offer launch capacity. The launch project manager will lead new offer launches linked to the portfolio of Building Managment Solutions (HVAC, blind control, fire control, security offers) to get sooner and stronger engagement.

They will collaborate with Schneider Electric entities around the world to secure a successful launch. The project manager will be responsible for the definition, execution and follow up of the launch plans in line with the strategic targets. They will also work hand in hand with the R&D teams developing the new offers to ensure the technical and sales materials as well as trainings are available on time.

The key responsibilities:
  1. Launch Animation with Countries:
  • Establish Launch organization with the target launch countries: key contacts and schedule
  • Initiate and drive the launch checklist
  • Drive launch preparation and execution in countries; incl. launch kick off meetings, channels to market, promotion activities,....
  • Address questions and concerns from the launch country
  • Prepare launch dashboard.
  1. Create, share and negotiate offer pricing, forecast volumes and channels
  • Clarify the offer positioning and detailed pricing structure with the R&D team
  • Create forecast and pricing template for countries, incl. target net sell price, cost, relational pricing,....
  • Drive optimistic yet realistic volume forecasts from the countries with rationale behind them
  • With support from Category Managers, drive the price positioning according to local market conditions and initiate transfer price calculation.
  1. Define, Prepare and Share Launch Strategy & Plan
  • Define Launch Strategy (prelaunch & launch) and Plan (Global Launch Book).
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders all aspects of the launch book.
  • Define and manage Offer Launch Assets.
  • Share information with countries as launch preparation progresses.
  • Make sure that a withdrawal plan of the old offer is available.
  1. Facilitate collaboration with key Global Stakeholders
  • Ensure all logistic aspects are in place e.g. product certifications/ markings, reference creation, web presence, logistics flows, inital stock order/ production, ...

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree : marketing, management

Work experience: Internship or similar within Supply Chain: Planning and /or Logistics execution.

Skills: Project Management experience and Building Management offer/market knowledge is an advantage

Requested languages : English Fluent (written and spoken)

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback.
  • Project management skills : organisation & rigor, team coordination, risk management
  • Good business acumen, and analytical skills
  • Proactive: self-motivated, highly adaptable and a great problem solver.
