This position is located in Barcelona, South Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
Within the HR team covering Finance and Governance (Cybersecurity, Data, Security, etc.) teams across the globe we are looking for a VIE who will help us with 2 major types of HR projects: Finance & Governance Transformation & Talent programs.
We are offering a work in international team interacting with people all over the world (main stakeholder are in: France, US, India, Poland, Spain, etc.) with possibility to work directly on strategic HR topics across Finance and Governance. The role has close interactions with HR community for Finance teams as well as finance and governance leaders.

The principal missions will be :
- Ensuring coordination of all transformation stakeholders for all HR aspects by establishing a clear strategy & associated governance
- Recruitment
- Assessment & development of talents
- Development & learnings
- Creating a clear follow-up of the transformation HR impacts per organization, functions & territories.
- Support communication to the HR community and leaders ; support leadership meeting preparation, openline, HR calls using global content.
- Deployment of Finance and Governance Talent Management programs with the main goal to accelerate careers of employees and increase level of diversity (gender, generations, nationalities, etc.) across the organization and at leadership level
- Coordination of nominations
- Communication and deployment
- Closing and feed-back collection
- Support the management of communities (cybersecurity, data, finance, etc) - structure, communication, people committee, job code, grades, etc
- Contribute to adhoc projects, activities as requested by the global HR on the team (data, rewards, talent, organization design, etc)
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in HR or Business Schools
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of Project management or HRBP role or HR expert role
Requested languages : Fluent English
Personal abilities or skills:
- Capacity to interact with people at all levels within the organization and across different cultures
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Well organized, structured, capable to make a synthesis
