Where is the Position?
This position is based in Wiehl, Germany, at the heart of central Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Flow Controller in Supply Chain, you will lead the following missions:
- Define and update procurement and warehouse parameters, including 'ramp-up & ramp-down' strategies, to achieve defined delivery performance while minimizing 'unhealthy stock' and express costs.
- Determine and prepare customer requirement data to support the SIOP process, utilizing suitable tools (e.g., KINAXIS).
- Ensure the planning accuracy of relevant requirements data throughout the SIOP process.
- Balance requirements and resources for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, while managing customer requirements and the procurement portfolio (including creating and rescheduling production and procurement orders).
- Manage the production portfolio and delivery backlogs to ensure product availability.
- Define and manage procurement and stock levels for raw, semi-finished, and finished materials according to the Master Production Plan (MPP) to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction while reducing 'unhealthy stock.'
- Oversee SAP master data management for incoming and outgoing products and manage production control.
- Implement projects and ensure coordination with national and international supply chain partners, project teams, internal contacts, and the supply chain.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Requested languages : Fluent English

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and during busy periods.
- Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
- Quick adaptability to new environments.
