Where is the Position?
The position is located in Lahr, closed to Strasbourg, in Germany, in Digital team which is a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Digital Engineer, your role will be to contribute to to improve/maintain productivity, information flows, quality, safety and processes with digital solutions. Missions are hybrids between operational (ensuring the smooth running of the plant) and strategic (ensuring the future of the plant).
This VIE will be composed of complete projects. Here's a non-exhaustive list of potential projects (it will depend on the deployment schedule):

- PLC implementation/connectivity.
- Repair system deployment and errors analyses.
- Labview update/creation of new programs (mainly linked to test system, printing, and PMS).
- AI vision implementation.
- AVEVA Software deploament.
- Pick by light implementation.
In addition to project-based work, you will also be involved in various departmental activities:
- Helping the digital team for daily business on MES and SAP.
- Small mission on Cybersafety/ data management or general digital topics.
- Organise training on digital topics (data base, IIOT, ...) for people in the support functions.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Engineering.
Work experience: 2 years of experience in digital project (internship/apprenticeship included).
Skills:
- Microsoft Office 365 package.
- Programming skills (for e.g in Labview, PLC, SQL, node-red, VBA...).
- Proficient in data analysis in Excel.
Requested languages : Fluent English, Garman is a plus.
Personal abilities or skills:
- Digital mindset
- Adept in working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, face to face and remotely.
- Enjoy working on operational and digital projects quite technical (labview, PLC...).
- Curious, paying attention to details while keeping a global view.
- Being quite independent, creative and well organized.
