Job Offer (VIE) VIE - DEI and Employee engagement lead - Barcelona
Where is the Position?
The position is located in Barcelona, Spain in Southern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As DEI and Employee engagement lead, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion and care, well-being, and best practices across our Global Supply Chain (GSC) business unit. Your main mission will be :
- Connect with various locations (plants and distribution centers) within the GSC business unit across all regions to gather best practices related to DEI, Engagement, and Well-Being.
- Develop the global templates for best practice sharing (Playbooks, Toolkits, etc.)
- Formalize collected best practices into playbooks and toolkits for broader dissemination and implementation.
- Organize and prepare regular sharing calls and communications to promote awareness and adoption of best practices.
- Review and update all internal documents to ensure accessibility and alignment with DEI and Well-Being initiatives.
- Additional projects on global/regional levels depending on personal interest in areas to learn.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships and become a competent partner for others. Actively listen and proactively share knowledge.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in humans resources/in this field
Work experience: Prior experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (notably, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and formalize best practices into actionable resources.
Requested languages : Fluent English
Personal abilities or skills:
- Passion for and understanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Accessibility, and Well-Being principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally with GSC teams with an end-to-end mindset.
