Where is the Position?
The position is located in Molins de Rei, closed to Barcelona in Spain in Southern Europe, in Universal Enclosures Software team which is a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Data Analyst, your role will be to contribute to our software adoption through data analysis and visualization.
As such, you will have 2 main responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end technical implementation of our Software Analytics, from capturing the needs to build, publish and keep the dashboards up to date.
- Be the ambassador of our analytics, fostering its usage among our international marketing community, and helping them identify business growth opportunities

Your main mission will be :
- Understand business needs and agree on the right indicators that can help them meet their targets
- Understand software functionalities and their related data structure
- Define and build data sources and dashboards, publish and maintain them
- Work with global Schneider Analytics team to make our dashboards compliant, efficient and sustainable
- Animate analytics community by driving periodic meetings to identify possible improvements, and keep an action plan up to date
- Support and challenge our international marketing community in the usage of analytics and identification of possibilities to boost the business through our software
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Data Science, Data analytics, Business or Engineering
Work experience: Preferably 2+ years as data analyst
Skills:
- Microsoft Office 365 package
- Proficient in Tableau (Prep, Desktop and Server), Google Analytics and mySQL
- Proficient in data analysis in Excel
- Good PowerPoint management
- Experience in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira) would be a plus
Requested languages : Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
