Where is the Position?
The position is located in Barcelona, in Spain in Southern Europe, in the global cyber defense team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As Cyber Crisis Simulation Manager, you will organize cyber crisis simulations, within the Cyber Defense team. It's a global activity that requires collaborating with all regions and businesses .
Your main missions will be :
- Define cyber-attack simulation scenarios based on Schneider Electric's risk register
- Select and onboard relevant stakeholders (players, organizers, observers)
- Define and/or update operational playbooks and ensure their adoption by the stakeholders
- Define adequate tools and setup of the simulated crisis and in incident management
- Organize, animate, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate and facilitate exercise preparation meetings
- Ensure communication on the exercise with executive and other audiences (internal and external)
- Coordinate the execution of the Cyber crisis simulation with the teams
- Define and coordinate lessons learned, plan actions and next step
- Define and implement executive communication on simulations for evangelization and awareness

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in cyber and/or crisis management (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest for cyber and/or crisis management needed ).
- Microsoft Office (above average skills) exp.
Requested languages : English full professional capacity, Spanish is a plus.
Personal abilities or skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
- Proactive mindset and confident.
- Adaptability and quick learner.
- Comfortable in international context.
