VIE - Business Finance Analyst - Plovdiv

Where is the Position?

The position is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in Eastern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Business Finance Analyst, you will analyze monthly and quarterly performance compared to targets and rolling forecasts, fulfill internal/Group reporting requests, coordinate the financial plan of the company, manage debt financing and budget, and ensure that the accounting procedures of the company comply with the Accepted Accounting principles. Your main missions will be :

  • Follow the evolution of financial performance (Factory and BU).
  • Track CAPEX commitment, reception, and activation.
  • Provide insightful and targeted financial analysis.
  • Forecast trends to provide CFOs and business decision-makers with actionable information.
  • Prepare and present financial monthly reporting packages including Sales, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Consolidated Contribution.
  • Conduct and calculate transfer pricing in line with Group rules and conventions.
  • Summarize and analyze inventory count data.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for projects and business decisions.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or related field

Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis / as controller... preferably in a manufacturing environment. (internship/apprenticeship included)

Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Microsoft Office esp. - Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requested languages : English full professional capacity, Bulgarian is a plus.

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
