Where is the Position?
The position is located in Molins de Rei, closed to Barcelona in Spain in Southern Europe, in team which is a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Business Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for run and improvement of the Global Financial Reporting within the UE Organization. You will prepare Country and Customer profitability analysis, supporting improvement of the Financial Performance. You will also support commercial and marketing teams on ad hoc analysis if needed.
Your main mission will be :
- Improve monthly sales performance reports for sales force and operational teams
- Analyze country P&L and standardize commercial performance measurement for different offers
- Automate and improve existing reporting layer, leveraging the HORIZON Schneider Tools (EPM Tagetik, Tableau,..)
- Develop customer profitability analysis with international commercial teams to implement actions and improve KPIs
- Understand pricing trends and develop analysis to make pricing recommendations
- Work in matrix organization

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in in Finance, Economics or related field
Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in finance analyse (apprendiceship/internship included)
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details
- Strong technical skills: Advanced Excel command is essential (Database and VBA is a plus) and be agile in the management of IT & Digital tools (Tableau,...)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with international teams. Good presentation skills.
Requested languages : Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
