DB Video & Security Category Management Leader

Mission :

The Video & Security Leader for Category Management is part of the Global team, working in an agile collaborative environment across Digital Energy, Country Teams. She/He we will work with other leaders within DE Zones to define the DB Video & Security commercial & category activities. This is a role with high exposure to Internal and External Senior management for a high potential candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving the Video & Security commercial relationship & alignment with the Countries FOs; interacting at senior level with Front Office teams & external stakeholders, & also with DB LoB / BU.
  • Work with BU & Countries to shape & deploy the Video & Security commercial strategy into an annual Marketing Plan with focused actions per Country with defined growth targets & deliver on the key growth initiatives, & support with regular reviews & actions
  • Ensure each targeted Country FO organization has the blueprint implemented, skills, key positions assignment to succeed
  • Accountable to drive a profitable & sustainable business & growth in revenue & margin
  • Manage the Video & Security category offers portfolio in Global Countries, commercially leading as SPOC. Coordinate the needs with Hubs/Zones, prioritize business case with the Line of business
  • Build & deploy the 4Ps of marketing, Product, Price, Place & Promotion into execution mode with FOs
  • Adapt & Deploy the GTM, Pricing & Margin strategy
  • Supporting Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP²)
  • Encourage & manage the countries commitments on growth actions deployment & business objectives
  • Saturate the 'Go to market' by using all relevant Channels with winning GTM formulas & execution
  • Work with the Launch Manager & Countries on launch
  • Work with Countries & BU on identifying & proposing key offer gaps with backing biz case justification

Skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in customer interfacing roles preferably in multi country role.
  • Previous experience in Video & Security
  • Ability to understand, influence & convince customers and internal stakeholders in a complex, fast moving set up
  • Aptitude stand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level
  • Ability to develop and manage customer relationships at the senior leadership and influence levels
  • Leadership in the use of digital tools (BFO, Tableau, OneFin, Teams, Sharepoint) for personal efficiency and country/customer engagement
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


Education
  • Preferred University Master's degree (Engineering and/or Business)
  • Master's degree in business management (MBA) will be a plus
