The Vice President of H&D + Final Distribution Business (f/m/d) will be responsible for driving strategic growth and profitability for our 200M portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales, P&L management, and market development in the home and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the H&D business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage P&L to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue and market share growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering excellence and accountability.
- Establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance opportunities.
- Analyze market trends for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of strategies.
- Drive sustainability initiatives in line with Schneider Electric's mission.
- Create a compelling vision to engage and develop a skilled, high-performing team.
- Support DACH business growth in orders, sales, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities related to New Energy Landscape and Energy Transition.
- Partner with sales leaders to execute growth strategies across channels.
- Coach sales teams for consultative customer dialogue and pipeline building.
- Engage stakeholders for partnerships on electrification and digital transformation.
- Actively participate in the DACH Leadership team to maximize customer value.

Experience & Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in home and distribution sectors with a strong sales and P&L track record, ideally managing portfolios of 200M+.
- Over 10 years in complex solution selling, channel management, and marketing.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and inspire teams.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Global experience, fluent in English and German, with knowledge of home automation.
- Strong people leadership skills and a "talent builder" mindset.
- Customer-centric, capable of establishing CXO-level relationships and focused on value-based solution selling.
- Effective in influencing and collaborating within a matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen, pragmatic judgment, and ability to convey business vision.
- Team player with strong analytical skills and a strategic, innovative mindset.
This role can be based out of any location in Germany.
