US Industrial Marketing Program Manager, End User

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a US Industrial Marketing Program Manager, End User based in North America in one of our marketing hub locations. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Marketing & Strategy.

What will you do?

  • Plan and own the Industrial End User MarCom campaign designed to have a conversation with our Industrial End User customers that help to solve for their pain points by partnering with the Industrial Marketing Leader within the NAM Marketing team, in addition to the thought leadership team, deployment team, and internal/external agencies.
  • Create and manage the Industrial End User campaign calendar, program documentation, inbound/outbound assets, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee work with the internal and external agency personnel & vendors - designers, animators, printers, etc. Including but not limited to industry association, key media outlets, and industry event leaders.
  • Orchestrate deployment teams for media placements, web pages, marketing automation, events and public relations to ensure tactics are working in unison.
  • Collaborate and support on industry events across the water and energy sectors and any proprietary customer voice events; enabling the opportunity to get face to face with our customers
  • Devise A/B and multivariate testing techniques across channels (web, email, landing pages etc.) to make campaigns more effective in a short timeframe.
  • Proactively manage the campaign budget by taking corrective actions to throttle up/down based on performance.
  • Manage pipeline and follow up, specifically ensuring the lead qualification process for Industrial End Users is fully flushed out and operational
  • Monitor and report on health & velocity of the demand waterfall - impressions, web traffic, inquiries, opportunities, closed/won sales.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of the data center campaign, including insights, interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
  • Usage of various marketing technologies - workflow management, content management systems, CRM, marketing automation, social media management, business intelligence, web analytics platforms.
  • Partnership with the Industrial Marketing team to continuously innovate and test new marketing activations to help drive growth for the business

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 7-10 years of marketing or communications experience preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive performance management skills with the ability to monitor campaigns and associated budgets and make adjustments quickly
  • High level knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other leading marketing technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build bridges quickly across complex organizations
  • Self-starter with ambition to "do different" and drive change
