We are currently seeking a self-driven Upstream & Downstream Leader with a passion for supply chain to join our team. This position will oversee the End-to-End supply chain for EMS (External Manufacturer Supplier). This role will lead the Subcontracting flow set up between Schneider NAM factories, Schneider HUB and EMS. Once set up, this position will oversee the forecast and material flow between Schneider factories, the EMS and the Schneider Singapore HUB to guarantee no disruption on SE factories. The role will work jointly with the Global Supply Chain Deployment team, the NAM Procurement team and NAM Demand Planning team. This position will report to the External Manufacturing Director and dotted line to the EMS Manager; it will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.

What will you do:
  • Co-Lead the Subcontracting flow set up between SE factories, SE HUB and the EMS.
  • Organize forecast discussions with incumbent SE factories and NAM Demand Planning team.
  • Align forecasts with EMS and sign-off monthly collaborative forecasts.
  • Align forecast for SE controlled vendors between EMS and SE HUB.
  • Participate on SAM audits animated by Virtual Factory Team.
  • Participate as key stakeholder for manufacturing transfers related to EMS readiness.
  • Supervise EMS upstream & downstream planning.
  • Participate on Productivity events driven by Procurement team.
  • Participate on Excess & Obsolete discussions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and business speaking).
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience on Supply Chain roles and 3 years working with EMS.
  • Proven experience using SAP Material Management modules.
  • Proven experience with ERP migrations.
  • Proficiency on excel use.
  • Process oriented, with disciplined process management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
