Mission:
You will develop & manage the portfolio of clients, especially the Distributors, Panel builders, Installers, OEM and Integrators as well the End users in the industry & tertiary sectors, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
You will manage the promotion of the Universal Enclosures offer including the P&S (adapted products and services) and provide techno-commercial support & trainings to the clients.
You'll be a strong relationship builder growing key relationships with our partners, offering proactive response and support, and developing Schneider's brand awareness in the community by leveraging quality,safety & reliability values of our products.

Development and management of the clients' portfolio:
- Identify the potential of the players in the market as well the influencers or promoters.
- Analyze the business penetration rate and identify the clients' investment policies in order to anticipate the competition risks and enrich the customers' database.
- Handle its clients' portfolio and the overall decision makers chain (prescribers and intermediaries.)
- Regular update on the competition strategy, their prices and offers.
Work out and implement the commercial actions:
- Build and implement commercial action plan (customer loyalty, investigate new clients, promotion of the offer, commercial campaigns) in compliance with the commercial policy, the local environment, and the country marketing plan.
- Analyze and influence the technical specification, define, and propose the most adapted & optimised offers.
- Follow up and manage the quotations portfolio till the order.
- Negotiate the contracts while checking the right level of price in coordination with the zone sales manager or local marketing organization as well the terms of the contracts engaging the company.
- Participate to the construction of the actions plan in the country and implement its own ones.
- Regular business report to the country management.
- Keep the customer data base updated.
Follow up the business execution toward the customers:
- Check the implementation of the jobs (compliance with the contracts specifications) and inform the internal teams in case of deviation.
- Effectiveness in the follow up of promotion & prescription' actions.
- Search the reasons for non-satisfaction of the clients & partners and be involved in the management of the dissatisfaction till end up.
Contribute to improvement of the offer and services:
- Contribute to the evolution of the products offer &services through the feedback from customers.
- Participate in the improvement of the team efficiency by sharing experience (success and failures).
- Ensure a close business relationship with the colleagues of other (sales) teams at Schneider Electric as well with the teams in the factories.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with at least 5 years of experience is required.
- Proven success in prior Sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills.
- Having strong Background in the field of industrial components or electrical distribution.
- People development orientation.
- Ability to use MS Office.
