UNIFY Software Business model transformation is to standardize our end-to-end process flows in handling software business types such as Licensing, Subscriptions, Professional Services and Software maintenance and also to expand our customer base thru enhanced self-service and automated ordering of Software offers.

- Be the expert on the E2E software process defined by the Software Business Process Owner (BPO) for Schneider software offers & One software offers (ETAP, RIB, AVEVA...)
- Be the key interlocutor of Operations for any question / support requirement, related to Unify Software Business process.
- capture issue and manage recovery action plan.
- support for process local usage as referent.
- As part of Unify transformation:
- Understand the Software business models of Schneider software offers & agnostic software offers (EM Software) including the order channel & lifecycle management.
- Participate to SIT/UAT (Solution Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing)
- Build and perform local training for solution usage.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to operations.
- Participate & animate to the Hypercare for the software domain.
- Feed the process roadmap according to observed gaps or expected evolutions.
- Analyze and recommend the suitable to-be-processes for agnostic One Software offers.
- Main KPIs:
- Backlog of the open points taken from Tests and hypercare phases (tracked thru JIRA & CALM)
- % training completion before Go live following defined roadmap
- The BPR will interact with:
- DSC organisation
- Software change management Leader
- Software Business Process Owner (BPO)
- country software deployment team (DSC DnA country leader)
- Schneider Digital & DSC product team
- DSC organisation
- With Schneider:
- Country Operations
- Country Unify transformation leaders
Experience and Qualifications
The E2E software business referent shall have:
- Order process knowledge
- Software business model understanding
- Ability to understand ERP solution
- knowledge of Schneider ERPs
- Schneider software offering
- Listening, negotiation, decision making
- Focused on results & achievements
- Capability to lead knowledge transfer thru trainings
- Issue resolutions, trouble shooting
- Operational & multi-skilled in their domain
- Open & positive minded and open to change
Required qualification
- Master's degree in Digital Management, Engineering or Information Systems or relevant experience.
- Experience in Country Operation methods, software business operations or Supply Chain roles.
- Experience in business process implementation.
- Participation to digital transformation projects or order processing implementation.
- English is mandatory.
Work Location
France (Paris/Grenoble) or Spain (Barcelona)
Some travels in Europe & Across Regions is expected
