UNIFY is our Business Transformation Program focused on simplifying and standardizing processes and IT to enhance business value and customer experience, leveraging cloud technology.

This program aims to establish integrated, future-ready business processes in collaboration with global process owners and local leaders, covering Order2Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data domains. Utilizing SAP S4HANA technology, UNIFY will enable quicker responses and alignment with our global data strategy.

Sponsored by ExCom members, UNIFY ensures funding and engagement across France, Europe, and International Operations.

The UNIFY Change Management Lead will prepare the organization for change, maximizing ROI while mitigating negative impacts. This includes implementing change strategies, leading adoption efforts, and managing training frameworks for effective roll-out and value tracking.

We are looking for a skilled Change Management Lead with expertise in change management methodologies, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to guide teams through transitions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing change impacts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your IMPACT:

1: Change management
  • Define in partnership with Global Change Director the Change management strategy
  • Support Program and Territory lead in implementation of change management in all relevant sites
  • Collect from communities & Management change management needs
  • Build, organize and animate team of changer manager in all relevant MEE sites
  • Help defining Business transformation and impact to anticipate change needs in the roadmap
  • Maintain and track performance of change management within MEE
  • Define, deliver & implement training roadmap and implement roadmap in all different functions
  • Support digitization of Learning strategy
  • Define digitization of Change management policy follow up & KPI
  • Support adoption of tools (best of breed)
  • Animate Digital community to anticipate impact of Best of breed strategy
  • Manage escalation of change adoption and need on tools


  1. Communication:
  • Define the Communication plan along the project
  • Create community to deliver most important message and updates
  • Animate different Open lines On Unify Project
  • Manage the digital communication (video, edit video and propose different content)


Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Positive mindset and willingness to drive the change!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Agile method knowledge
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the success of change initiatives

Languages:
  • Fluency in English
