Transactional Project Manager - OEM

What will you do?

Schneider Electric Hub Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Transactional Project Manager - OEM in our Dollard-des-Ormeaux location.

  • Work directly with the Industrial Automation Sales team, distributors and customers to support their quotation and order management requirements.
  • Coordinate, manage project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Maintain sales databases and documentation
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and claims departments for sales-related activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Industrial Automation sales teams.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 1-3 year's experience in an order execution or technical support role
  • Project management experience in the electrical industry (preferred)
  • CET or equivalent Electrical education/experience (preferred)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively and has strong decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • General instructions will be provided, but is expected to perform tasks independently
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.
