What will you do?
- Consults with managers and supervisors to assess training needs.
- Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Develops, implements and delivers training programs for varying levels of individuals within the plant.
- Coordinates the development and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
- Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update. curriculum as needed.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities (fairs, calibration, scrap analysis) through the quality assurance lab.

- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
- Applied knowledge in six sigma principles, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
