The Role: Total Productive Maintenance Lead
What will you do?
• Responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of TPM strategy within the manufacturing facility, ensuring all equipment is maintained at optimal performance levels by engaging all production employees in preventative maintenance practices, identifying improvement areas, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production lines, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

• Develop and implement a comprehensive TPM plan aligned with company goals, including the 8 pillars of TPM (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Quality Maintenance, Early Management, Training & Education, Safety, Environmental Health, and Administrative TPM)
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor TPM effectiveness, such as OEE, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and equipment downtime
• Oversee the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, including lubrication, inspections, and calibration
• Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities and proper documentation
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, infrared thermography) to identify potential equipment failures proactively
• Conduct regular reviews of TPM performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Lead focused improvement projects to address critical equipment reliability issues
• Benchmark industry best practices in TPM to continuously enhance the program
• Communicate TPM goals and progress to all levels of the organization, including management and shop floor personnel
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and address equipment-related issues
• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability for equipment maintenance across the workforce
Who would be successful?
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operations
• Expertise in TPM methodologies and best practices
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels
• Work location : Rosario Cavite
• Working arrangements: Full-time onsite reporting, 6x a week
