OBJECTIVE
Seeking for a hands-on tool crib attendant to assist in maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ( Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to)
- Counting materials, tools, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
- Record and assess all materials quantity, quality, movement, and expenditure.
- Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity and vendors.
- Maintains and updates records.
- Identify trends in material consumption and costs.
- Reports discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Assesses backordered inventory, searches, and acquires alternative inventory when needed.
- Managing inventory levels by monitoring incoming and outgoing goods.
- Scheduling and ordering material.
- Recommend solutions to existing processes to reduce waste.

Other Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing engineering projects.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Technical Diploma
- Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar) preferable
- Lean manufacturing certification is a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
- Project oriented and self-driven.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Physical strength (ability to lift boxes).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype)
- Well-versed in inventory control techniques and software
- Safety behavior as a Golden rule.
- Experience on label printing equipment is a plus.
