Industrialization Project Leader

You will be based in Latvia (Riga ) at one of the biggest electronic plants in Baltics (LEXEL FABRIKA SIA). You will work within cross-functional expert team (project leaders, Assembly experts, R&D, project buyers, automation experts). Your main activities will be located to local (Riga) entity.
You will be reporting to the Industrialization Manager, Lucas TAPIE.
Your Mission:
- Utilize designs based on industrial and technological requirements to guarantee product / process performance meets customers and Schneider's specifications (quality / delivery / cost).
- Ensure the testability of the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and product. Create the specification of the test equipment. Select subcontractors and follow up the implementation and qualification of the test (Hardware & Software), in accordance with the principles of SPS (Schneider Production System).
Main activities:
- Carry out industrialization pre-studies and submit investment files for new means of test for approval.
- For new offers, ensures the testability of PCBA & Electronic product.
- Search for the most cost-effective and efficient solutions by considering different investment scenarios and thoroughly studying feasibility (manufacturability, testability, and adjustability of the product).
- Manage industrialization projects for testing resources, respecting the allocated budget, defined deadlines, and quality objectives.
- Study, propose, ensure the implementation of innovative solutions to promote the recycling and reuse of old means of production and ensure the sustainability of new production lines.
- For manufacturing, strongly contributes to the continuous improvement actions for the test equipment. Bring your technical expertise within local industrialization team or local manufacturing Engineering team.
- Select, validate, introduce, and standardize new test technologies/processes locally.
Your main communication stakeholders:
- Plant engineering team, plant production team, Department managers, R&D, experts with Industrialization team or LoB, Project buyers, Quality team.

- University degree in any Technical |Engineering Science
- 5+ years' practical experience in Test Engineering
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills English
Professional knowledge expected:
- Basics in manufacturing supply chain and planning
- Confirmed experience in test equipment (design or maintenance) and associated software.
- In-depth knowledge of automation, test software, electronics.
- General financial knowledge (product cost and financial rules of the organization)

COMPANY offers:
Working place: Riga, Latvia & Europe (project based)
Travel mode: based on project needs, Y1 minor (2-3 times a year), Y2 shall be ready for business trips up to ~25% of time.
